HOW IS THE TRAVEL FEE DETERMINED?
THE TRAVEL FEE IS BASED ON LOCATION. TYPICALLY, LOCATIONS AROUND THE BAY AREA (SF, SOUTH BAY, PENINSULA, AND SANTA CRUZ) ARE INCLUDED IN THE SERVICE AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. A TRAVEL FEE WILL APPLY FOR LOCATIONS FURTHER AWAY AND COST WILL VARY BASED ON DISTANCE.

DO YOU PROVIDE DESTINATION WEDDING PACKAGES?
YES. WE DO OFFER DESTINATION WEDDING PACKAGES AND WILL TRAVEL TO WORLDWIDE DESTINATIONS PROVIDED ALL EXPENSES PAID. PLEASE COMPLETE THE FORM UNDER CONTACTS AND SOMEONE FROM OUR TEAM WILL GET BACK TO YOU WITH MORE INFORMATION.

HOW IS THE EARLY BIRD FEE DETERMINED?
THE EARLY BIRD FEE IS BASED ON THE TIME OUR TEAM NEEDS TO START ON HAIR AND MAKEUP. START TIMES AT 9:00 AM AND AFTER ARE INCLUDED IN THE SERVICE AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. ANYTIME PRIOR TO 9:00 AM, AN EARLY BIRD FEE WILL APPLY DEPENDING ON THE NUMBER OF HOURS BEFORE. COST WILL VARY.

HOW MUCH TIME DO YOU NEED FOR HAIR AND MAKEUP?
WE’LL NEED 3 HOURS FOR THE BRIDE’S HAIR AND MAKEUP.
WE’LL NEED 2 HOURS FOR THE BRIDAL PARTY’S HAIR AND MAKEUP (OR 1 HOUR FOR A SINGLE SERVICE).

DOES THE BRIDE'S SERVICE INCLUDE EYELASHES?
YES ALL M&T BRIDES WILL RECEIVE OUR SIGNATURE THI LUSH LASHES. THEY LOOK AND FEEL INCREDIBLY NATURAL AND ARE CUSTOMIZED TO FIT ALL SHAPES. (THE LASHES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE BRIDAL ATTENDANT’S MAKEUP SERVICE, THERE’S AN ADDITIONAL COST OF $50).

DO YOU STAY FOR TOUCH-UPS?
YES, WE DO OFFER TOUCH-UP SERVICES AT AN ADDITIONAL COST. IT’S $400/PER HOUR FOR EACH HOUR WE NEED TO STAY BACK AFTER THE FIRST COMPLETED LOOK. PLEASE NOTE, WE DO NOTLEAVE THE PREMISE AND RETURN. OUR TIME IS DEDICATED TO THE BRIDE THAT DAY SO THE COST WILL BE THE TOTAL TIME WE ARE ASKED TO STAY UNTIL THE TOUCH-UP SERVICE IS COMPLETED.

WHAT DO YOU REQUIRE TO BOOK?
WE REQUIRE A SIGNED CONTRACT AND A 50% DEPOSIT TO SECURE THE DATE.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO THE CONTRACT?
YES, YOU MAY MAKE CHANGES TO THE NUMBER OF SERVICES, LOCATION, AND TIMELINE PROVIDED WE RECEIVE A WRITTEN REQUEST VIA EMAIL OR LETTER BY MAIL. ALL REVISIONS WILL BE SUBJECT TO PRICE CHANGE AND TIMELINE ADJUSTMENTS. ANY REQUESTED CHANGES WITHIN 30 DAYS PRIOR TO WEDDING DATE ARE SUBJECT TO REVIEW AND APPROVAL, HOWEVER NOT GUARANTEED.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
YOU MAY CANCEL AT ANYTIME AND IT MUST BE MADE IN WRITING VIA EMAIL OR CERTIFIED MAIL. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT.

AM I REQUIRED TO BOOK A TRIAL IN ORDER TO BOOK THE WEDDING-DAY SERVICE?
NO, TRIALS ARE OPTIONAL. WE’RE LUCKY IN THE SENSE THAT MANY OF OUR CLIENTS ARE FAMILIAR AND CONFIDENT WITH OUR WORK AND THEREFORE BYPASS THE TRIAL TO SAVE ON TIME AND/OR BUDGET.

DO YOU OFFER HAIR EXTENSIONS?
YES, WE DO OFFER HAIR EXTENSIONS. OUR EXTENSIONS ARE CLIP-IN HAIR TRACTS MADE OF 100% HUMAN HAIR. WE PROVIDE A COMPLIMENTARY CONSULTATION UPON THE ORDER AND PURCHASE OF THE EXTENSIONS. THE CONSULTATION WILL CONSIST OF COLOR MATCHING AND DETERMINING THE NUMBER OF TRACTS NEEDED BASED ON YOUR HAIR STYLING PREFERENCE. COST OF EXTENSIONS WILL DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF TRACKS ORDERED. PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF ORDER AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

WHAT IF I HAVE MY OWN HAIR EXTENSIONS?
IF YOU ALREADY OWN HAIR EXTENSIONS OR WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE IT ON YOUR OWN, WE ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO APPLY THEM DURING THE TRIAL AND/OR WEDDING DAY AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. THE EXTENSIONS NEED TO BE 100% HUMAN HAIR IN ORDER FOR US TO APPLY HEATING TOOLS. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND, BECAUSE WE WEREN’T INVOLVED IN THE ORDER AND PLACEMENT OF THE HAIR EXTENSIONS, WE CANNOT GUARANTEE OPTIMAL RESULTS DUE TO INCORRECT COLOR SELECTION, QUALITY OR FULLNESS OF HAIR TRACKS.

WHAT ARE ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT?
WE ACCEPT CASH, CHECKS, AND CREDIT CARDS (A 3.5% PROCESSING FEE WILL BE APPLIED FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS).
